WP7. Management
(Leader: GTK)
Objective
The overall objective is to guarantee a smooth day to day running of the project for the entire consortium.
Approach
Specific management objectives include e.g. : Sound management of administrative, financial and legal matters; Coordination of the scientific & technical activities and efforts of partners; Providing decision making, quality control and conflict resolution mechanisms; Preparation, finalization and maintenance of the Consortium Agreement; Promoting gender equality; Preparation and submission of the periodic activity and management reports; Oversee IPR matters and exploitation planning.
