Arctic virtual drill core archive (prototype)

Description:

  • Intention of the work package is to create a prototype of online service in which data of selected diamond drill cores, possessed by GTK, will comprise a virtual core archive.
  • The diamond drill cores will form a geographically integrated entity in Central Lapland, region located in northern Finland.
  • The planned online service will showcase and share especially a select part of hyperspectral core imaging data from the GTK's archives.
