WP1 Project management
The overall objective is to guarantee a smooth day-to-day running of the project for the entire consortium. The aim of this work package is to ensure that the project meets its objectives and obligations within budget and scheduled timescales.
The organizational and management structure of the Consortium comprises the following entities: Coordinator: the legal entity acting as the intermediary between the partners and the EIT RM. GTK is the coordinator of the project.
- Governing Board (GB): the ultimate decision-making and conciliation body of the consortium. The GB consists of one representative from each participating organisation.
- Project Manager (PM): assists the WP Leaders providing services for the administrations of the project. The PM will also assist in the scientific management and to the Scientific Coordinator.
- Scientific Coordinator (SC) works together with the PM and will be in charge of coordinating research and monitoring its outputs and quality.
- Database Manager and Custodian (DMC) works together with the PM and SC and will be in charge of collecting and storing of data produced by the project, as well as securing access to the database by the consortium members.
